From October 27 to 31, all proceeds from every purple pancake sold will go to the Peel Children’s Aid Foundation.

From October 27 to 31, our Resolution Drive, Brampton Sunset Grill and North Queen Street, Etobicoke Sunset Grill will be flipping purple pancakes for a purpose! All proceeds from every purple pancake sold will go to the Peel Children’s Aid Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting children in need across the Peel region.

“I believe every child deserves to grow up feeling safe, supported, and loved,” says George, owner of the North Queen Street, Etobicoke Sunset Grill. “Partnering with Peel Children’s Aid for the Purple Pancake campaign allows us to give back to the community that has given us so much. Together, we can help bring awareness, hope, and protection to children and families in need.”

The Peel Children’s Aid Foundation plays a vital role in improving the lives of children and youth involved with child welfare services by funding programs that promote safety, education, and well-being. By ordering purple pancakes, guests will help raise funds and awareness for these programs that empower and support vulnerable children, providing resources, stability, and opportunities for a brighter future.

“As a family-run franchise, we take pride in being part of something that gives back to our own community,” says Terry, owner of the Resolution Drive, Brampton Sunset Grill. “Purple Pancake Week is more than just a fundraiser: it’s a reminder that small acts of kindness can make a big difference for kids and families right here in Peel. We’re grateful to our guests for joining us in supporting such an important cause.”

Community support has always been at the heart of Sunset Grill. Across Ontario and beyond, our franchisees proudly participate in fundraising events, local sponsorships, and charity initiatives: from fundraisers and breakfast program partnerships to supporting youth organizations and community causes.

Join us October 27 through 31 at our Resolution Drive, Brampton Sunset Grill and North Queen Street, Etobicoke Sunset Grill and help us make a difference one delicious pancake at a time!
