Sunset Grill has opened the doors of its new breakfast restaurant on the Hamilton mountain, just outside of Binbrook. The launch of the Terryberry and Rymal Road location marks the official opening of Hamilton, Ontario’s third Sunset Grill location.

The restaurant is located at 2120 Rymal Road East in the Rio Canada plaza and is open daily from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The breakfast and lunch spot serves up a fresh-made experience featuring a wide variety of all-day breakfast options including bacon and eggs, omelettes, French toast, pancakes, waffles and a selection of delicious breakfast sandwiches that are sure to satisfy everyone in the family.

Ray Vaezzadeh, the franchise owner of the restaurant, is a tenured Sunset Grill operator. Vaezzadeh originally became a franchisee at the Sunset Grill located at The Centre on Barton (former Centre Mall). After building a loyal customer base, Vaezzadeh took some time off and sold the store. “I missed the business so much, I decided to open a new Sunset Grill at a brand-new location,” he said.

In addition to outdoor dining, the restaurant also offers mobile ordering through the new Sunset Grill App for Android and iOS, online ordering services at sunsetgrill.ca/online-ordering as well as delivery on DoorDash, SkipTheDishes and Uber Eats.

“It’s wonderful to see the Sunset Grill brand continue to grow in the great city of Hamilton,” said Fernando Lombardi, district manager for Sunset Grill. “The loyalty from our wonderful customers all across Hamilton and surrounding areas has been amazing and has allowed us to continue to expand into other nearby markets.”

Lombardi has been directly involved in 10 store openings in his 13 years with the Sunset Grill brand– initially beginning as a franchisee, and now, as a district manager. With Sunset Grill continuing to expand across Canada, “the sky is the limit with our wonderful brand,” said Lombardi.

Rigorous COVID-19 safety protocols are in full effect at the restaurant including safe physical distancing measures, QR code menus, plexiglass barriers, in addition to sanitization of all touchpoints in between guests.
